1. General Prohibitions

The SageRank platform is provided strictly for lawful, authorized business intelligence, SEO optimization, and defensive security posture management.

You agree not to:

• Initiate active security scans or network probes against domains without verified ownership via DNS TXT records.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms or data sets.
• Utilize automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to bypass rate limits or exhaust API quotas.
• Resell or sub-license platform outputs without an explicit Enterprise Reseller agreement.

2. Zero Tolerance Enforcement

Any detected attempt to use SageRank for DDoS amplification, unauthorized vulnerability probing, or malicious exploitation results in immediate account termination without refund and referral to legal authorities.
