DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)

Entered into by and between SageRank Software Solutions FZ-LLC (Ras Al Khaimah, UAE) and the Customer.
1. Scope of Processing
SageRank acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Customer (Data Controller) in accordance with GDPR Article 28, UK GDPR, and UAE PDPL when processing domain diagnostic telemetry.
2. Technical & Organizational Measures (TOMs)
SageRank implements AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, automated KMS key rotation, and Zero Trust access controls.
3. Sub-Processors & Audits
Approved sub-processors include AWS (cloud hosting), Cloudflare (WAF/edge), Stripe/Paddle (billing), and Google OAuth (authentication).
4. Data Deletion & Inquiries
Upon subscription termination, customer data is purged in accordance with our data retention schedule. Inquiries: privacy@sagerank.io.
