USER AGREEMENT
Last Updated: June 18, 2026. Effective immediately.
This User Agreement ("Agreement" or "Client Terms") is a legally binding contract between SageRank Intelligence Group, a property of AURATEKK ("SageRank", "we", "us"), and the subscribing business or individual entity ("Client", "User", "you") acquiring access to our commercial software-as-a-service application portal.
By registering for our paid subscription plans, integrating billing parameters, or conducting domain audits, you explicitly agree to the payment schedules, renewal rules, tax treatments, and usage limitations outlined below.
1. Commercial Subscription Plans and Pricing
SageRank offers two primary commercial subscription tiers, each available under two billing cadences — Monthly (recurring) and Annual (upfront, 12-month term). By selecting a plan and billing cadence, you authorize SageRank (directly via Stripe, or through Paddle acting as our Merchant of Record) to automatically charge your linked payment method accordingly.
1A — Monthly Subscription Plans
Clearance Tier 1: SAGE Pro — Monthly
$79.00 USD / Month (Recurring)
- Features: Unlimited SEO structural audits, unlimited AEO entity dossiers, GEO Trust Synthesis, Share-of-Voice dashboard, MENA/Arabic AI engine tracking, and Priority Support (24h SLA).
- Billing: Charged monthly from your activation date. Auto-renews each month unless cancelled.
- Limits: Standard API rate limits and concurrent scan restrictions.
Clearance Tier 2: SAGE Sentinel — Monthly
$199.00 USD / Month (Recurring)
- Features: All Pro features plus Guardian Security Engine, Full Forensic Matrix, Global Auth Protocols, ShieldAI Pen-Test Suite, Multi-Client Agency Dashboard, Dedicated Account Manager, and Custom Branded Reports.
- Billing: Charged monthly from your activation date. Auto-renews each month unless cancelled.
- Limits: High-priority API rate limits and increased concurrent Docker scanning capability.
1B — Annual Subscription Plans (12-Month Upfront)
Annual plans are billed as a single, non-refundable upfront payment via Stripe covering a full 12-month access period. The annual rate equals 10 months of the monthly price, granting the Client 2 months of access at no additional charge ("2 Months Free"). Annual plans auto-renew on the 12-month anniversary date unless cancelled beforehand.
Clearance Tier 1: SAGE Pro — Annual
$790.00 USD / Year (equivalent to $65.83/month)
- Savings: $158.00 USD vs. 12 individual monthly payments ($948 total monthly). Equivalent to 2 months free.
- Features: Identical to SAGE Pro Monthly — all features included for the full 12-month term.
- Billing: Single Stripe charge of $790.00 USD on the date of annual activation. Auto-renews at $790.00/year on the 12-month anniversary unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: See Section 3B. Access continues for the full 12-month period; no partial-year refunds.
Clearance Tier 2: SAGE Sentinel — Annual
$1,990.00 USD / Year (equivalent to $165.83/month)
- Savings: $398.00 USD vs. 12 individual monthly payments ($2,388 total monthly). Equivalent to 2 months free.
- Features: Identical to SAGE Sentinel Monthly — all features including Guardian Security Engine for the full 12-month term.
- Billing: Single Stripe charge of $1,990.00 USD on the date of annual activation. Auto-renews at $1,990.00/year on the 12-month anniversary unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: See Section 3B. Access continues for the full 12-month period; no partial-year refunds.
2. Automatic Renewal and Billing Lifecycle
- Monthly Continuous Billing: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle (measured precisely from your initial activation date) unless you cancel your plan in accordance with Section 3 below.
- Annual Auto-Renewal: Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the 12-month term. Stripe will charge the applicable annual rate ($790 for Pro; $1,990 for Sentinel) to your card on file on the 12-month anniversary of your annual activation date. You will receive an email reminder at least 7 days before the renewal charge is processed. To prevent annual renewal, you must cancel before that date via Account Settings or by contacting billing@sagerank.io.
- Payment Processors (Stripe & Paddle): Depending on your signup path, payments are handled either directly by us via Stripe or via Paddle (our authorized Merchant of Record). If billed via Paddle, Paddle is the legal seller of the subscription, and charges will show as "PADDLE.COM * SAGERANK" on your financial statements.
- Billing Failures: If recurring charges fail (e.g. card expiration, insufficient funds), Stripe or Paddle will attempt retry billing. SageRank permits a 7-day grace period during which your account may be restricted to "Recruit" (Free Tier) mode. If payment is not secured within 7 days, your commercial account registry will be suspended.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3A — Monthly Plan Cancellation
- Right to Cancel: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To cancel, go to your Account Settings panel (app.sagerank.io/settings) and click "Cancel Subscription", or contact billing@sagerank.io at least 24 hours prior to your upcoming renewal date. For Paddle-billed accounts, cancellations can also be managed via customer.paddle.com.
- Termination Timing (Monthly): Upon cancellation of a monthly plan, your access to SAGE Pro or SAGE Sentinel privileges remains active until the end of the current paid monthly billing cycle. No prorated refunds or credits are provided for unused days within that cycle.
- Standard No-Refund Policy: Subject to statutory exceptions, SageRank maintains a strict no-refund policy on monthly subscriptions. See our standalone Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated by reference.
- EU & UK Right of Withdrawal: Consumers in the EU, EEA, or UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This right is waived upon first dashboard access and first domain scan. Unused accounts with zero usage may claim a full refund within 14 days by contacting billing@sagerank.io.
- Australia and India Consumer Rights: Nothing in this Agreement limits statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019. See the Refund Policy Sections 7–8.
3B — Annual Plan Cancellation (12-Month Contract Terms)
- Right to Cancel Annual Plan: You may cancel an annual subscription at any time by visiting Account Settings or contacting billing@sagerank.io. Cancellation takes effect immediately on the system — however, your paid access continues as described below.
- Access After Annual Cancellation: Upon cancellation of an annual plan, you retain full access to all paid plan features (SAGE Pro or SAGE Sentinel, as applicable) for the entire 12-month period covered by your upfront annual payment. The cancellation does not terminate access mid-year.
- Free Account Conversion: At the end of the 12-month annual period (regardless of when you cancelled), your account is automatically converted to a free tier. Your historical data, reports, and scan records are preserved. However, all paid features — including new scans, advanced analytics, security tools, and agency capabilities — are disabled. Your account is not deleted.
- Reactivation: To restore paid access after free-tier conversion, you may subscribe to any monthly or annual plan at any time from your account dashboard.
- No Partial-Year Refunds: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. No refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for any unused portion of the 12-month term, regardless of when cancellation occurs. This applies to both SAGE Pro Annual ($790/yr) and SAGE Sentinel Annual ($1,990/yr).
- Annual Auto-Renewal Prevention: To prevent the annual plan from auto-renewing for another 12-month term, you must cancel before your 12-month anniversary date. Failure to cancel before this date constitutes consent to the next annual charge.
- Exceptional Refunds (Annual): Discretionary refund exceptions for annual plans — such as verified platform outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours — are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. VAT and Global Tax Handling
Tax regulations vary depending on the payment processor managing your subscription:
- Direct Stripe Billing: If billed directly through Stripe, all subscription rates — monthly ($79/mo Pro, $199/mo Sentinel) and annual ($790/yr Pro, $1,990/yr Sentinel) — are quoted exclusive of taxes. The Client is responsible for self-reporting and paying any applicable regional sales tax, use tax, VAT, or local levies.
- Paddle Merchant of Record Billing: If billed via Paddle, Paddle calculates, collects, and remits VAT, GST, and local sales taxes on our behalf based on your billing address. Tax is itemized on your checkout invoice for both monthly and annual billing. If you are a tax-exempt business entity, input your valid VAT ID / GSTIN / ABN during checkout to obtain applicable adjustments.
5. Subscription Upgrades & Downgrades
- Monthly Upgrades (Pro to Sentinel): Effective immediately. Stripe accounts will be debited a prorated difference for the remaining days of the current billing cycle. Paddle accounts will adjust via a new monthly cycle with credit applied for the remaining days of the current tier.
- Monthly Downgrades (Sentinel to Pro): Effective at the start of the next renewal cycle. You maintain Sentinel access until the end of the current billing period, after which you are billed at the lower Pro rate ($79/mo).
- Monthly to Annual Upgrade: You may upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan at any time. Upon upgrading, your remaining monthly balance is credited as a pro-rated deduction against the annual fee. A new 12-month annual period begins from the upgrade date.
- Annual to Monthly Downgrade: Downgrading from an annual plan to a monthly plan is not permitted mid-cycle. The annual plan runs its full 12-month course. At expiry (or upon cancellation of auto-renewal), you may select a monthly plan for the subsequent period. If you cancel your annual plan and do not select a new plan, your account converts to the free tier as described in Section 3B.
- Annual Plan Upgrades (Pro Annual to Sentinel Annual): Contact billing@sagerank.io to upgrade an annual plan mid-term. A pro-rated difference will be calculated for the remaining months and charged via Stripe.
6. Chargeback & Payment Disputes Policy
We work in good faith to resolve all billing inquiries. If you believe there is a billing discrepancy, you agree to contact billing@sagerank.io before opening a dispute. In the event of a chargeback dispute:
- SageRank reserves the right to immediately suspend your dashboard access and pause all active crons and scans during the dispute investigation.
- If the dispute is decided in SageRank's favor, or if the chargeback was initiated in bad faith, we reserve the right to charge a $15 administrative fee to recover processing costs.
7. Account Security and Credential Ownership
Each commercial account is restricted to a single corporate entity or authorized user profile. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your dashboard credentials, cookies, or JWT verification tokens with third parties. Sharing accounts to bypass scan limits or avoid subscription upgrades constitutes a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate termination without refund. You are solely responsible for all scans triggered under your account credentials and for maintaining the secrecy of your Multi-Factor (2FA) configuration.
8. Scanning Quotas & Fair Use Enforcement
To prevent system load issues and database degradation under heavy concurrency, we enforce a strict Fair Use Policy. If your account runs excessive concurrent vulnerability Docker streams (SSE logs) or triggers high-frequency API crawlers in a way that impacts overall system health, we reserve the right to throttle your throughput or request that you upgrade to a dedicated enterprise arrangement.
