Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment via Stripe for 12 months of access. You get the equivalent of 10 months' pricing — meaning 2 months are completely free. The annual Pro plan is $790/year ($65.83/mo equivalent), and Sentinel is $1,990/year ($165.83/mo equivalent). Annual plans auto-renew on your 12-month anniversary unless cancelled beforehand.

If you cancel an annual plan, you retain full access to all paid features for the entire 12-month period you already paid for. At the end of that 12-month period, your account is automatically converted to a free account — your data is preserved, but paid features are disabled. Your account is not deleted. To reactivate, you can start a new monthly or annual subscription at any time. Annual plans are non-refundable; see our Refund Policy for full details.

Yes. Annual plans auto-renew on your 12-month anniversary date. Stripe will charge the annual rate ($790 for Pro, $1,990 for Sentinel) to your card on file. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal. To prevent renewal, cancel your plan from Account Settings before the renewal date.

When you register a free account, you receive an allocation of 3 complimentary scans to test the system. No credit card is required. Once your 3-scan limit is reached, scanning engines will pause until you upgrade to SAGE Pro or SAGE Sentinel.

Yes. If you upgrade from a monthly plan to an annual plan mid-cycle, your remaining monthly balance is credited as a pro-rated deduction against the annual fee. Downgrading from annual to monthly is not permitted mid-cycle — the annual plan runs its full 12-month course, after which monthly billing activates automatically if selected.

When a paid subscription ends (either monthly cycle or annual period), the account automatically converts to a free tier. Free accounts retain all historical data and reports you generated during your paid period but lose access to new scans, advanced analytics, and security tools. To unlock features again, simply start a new subscription from your dashboard.
